I hate working at google reddit I know a fair share of companies use Workday to process job applications but when I see the platform as a job applicant, I'd rather have a dental procedure than go through the damn system. I don’t understand how people work hard. The downside of this is that to push out one Google assignment to all 5 of your class periods you have to individually go into all your different section’s pages and repeatedly fill out a bunch of things. Then I do 25 sit ups. Then it’s always ‘do more with less. It seems like most people who work there are just focused on retirement and benefits. If you do what you love as a profession, then great. I've never worked anywhere where there is zero sense of urgency to get anything done. I’m still trying to figure out.
